Rise Against, AFI, and Anti-Flag!!!

Last night. Awesome show. Rise Against did an 8 song encore and played a bunch of old stuff as well as new. Anti-flag got down into the crowd in their last song, which is pretty normal for them but always fun. AFI, bass levels sounded like ass but I don’t think that’s their fault, and they put on a great show too, and are just as emo as ever and run- on sentences are the most funnest aren’t they???

AFI was my *jam* when I was in high school! Can’t believe they’re still at it. Did they play mostly older stuff or their newer more electronicky stuff?

I only know 6/10 and I’m pretty sure the rest are newer but I feel like I would’ve had a good time seeing them. Maybe I oughtta see when they’re around SF. Must be pretty often.

That set list is so different from the other ones they’ve been playing on this tour. So I probably only know as many as you. Really would’ve loved more from black sails, and days of the phoenix. This tour might be heading south, so might be in your area soon. Definitely worth looking into.

Never seen the AFI or Anti-flag in concert, but Rise Against is great. Our wedding song was actually an acoustic version of Swing Life Away our friend performed.
